Dear Bohicket Landing Home Owners:
Please see the attached proposed amendment to the ARCHITECTURAL STANDARD GUIDELINES, APPLICATION & REVIEW PROCEDURES, AND LANDSCAPE & EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BOHICKET LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (Resolution No. 15-01). A copy of the amendment can also be downloaded from the Resource Center on this website.
As per the ADOPTION OF POLICIES, RULES, SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS OR INCREASES IN ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE BOHICKET LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (Resolution No. 19-01), this posting shall serve as notice of the proposed changes. Members are permitted five (5) business days to submit written comments to the Board of Directors (BoD) for the Bohicket Landing Homeowners Association (BLHOA) prior to the BoD voting on or implementing the proposed amendment.
If you wish to submit comments or have any objections to the amendment, please submit your comments via email, written letter (to the address listed on the Home Page), or in person to a BoD member no later than 02 APR 2019. If any comments or objections are received prior to this date, the BoD will schedule a meeting to allow BLHOA members to discuss their concerns as per Resolution No. 19-01.
If no comments or objections are received by 02 APR 2019, then the BoD shall vote on the amendment without further notification, except to notify the members if the amendment was accepted or rejected.
