Dear Owner/HOA Member:

Sorry for the delay in publishing any recent updates since our annual meeting in JUNE, but the Board of Directors (BoD) only recently had the opportunity to meet since then. As a result of the annual meeting, the BoD took an action to publish additional clarification on fences that exceed 4 feet in height. The attached Resolution 19-02 (Clarification of the Requirements for Fences in Excess of Four Feet in Height Within the Bohicket Landing HOA) provides that clarification.

In accordance with Resolution 19-01 (Adoption of Policies, Rules, Special Assessments or Increases in Annual Assessments for the Bohicket Landing HOA), the BoD shall provide notice, via email, of any proposed rule change or adoption. This email shall serve as that notice. Following the notice, HOA members shall be afforded the opportunity to submit written comments/concerns about the rule adoption. These comments must be received within 5 working days of the notice. Please see Article II of Resolution 19-01 for details on the adoption of rules for the HOA if you wish to submit comments/concerns with regard to Resolution 19-02.

Additionally, the BoD has published several reminders about complying with other property requirements listed in the Restrictive Covenants and the ASC Guidelines. There have been some corrections to date, but the majority of lots (including some BoD officers) still have some sort of compliance issues. The BoD will be mailing non-compliance letters for any property which still has discrepancies. If you receive such a letter, please make the necessary corrections to ensure your property is within compliance.
