To All Bohicket Landing HOA Members and Residents:

Due to some recent incidents at the boat ramp, we’ve had to change the combination to the gate. The new combination is NOT included in this email so as to limit its distribution only to members in good standing. If you are a member in good standing (i.e. association dues paid to date) and would like the combination to the boat ramp, please respond to this email and it will be forwarded you. Alternately, you can contact a member of the Board of Directors at the postal/email address above or from the About Us page on the HOA website.

As a reminder, only HOA members in good standing are permitted access to the Boat Ramp. Members in good standing may be accompanied by guests when utilizing that Boat Ramp, but cannot grant access to anyone to utilize the boat ramp other than members of their immediate family who reside at the HOA property address (spouse, children, etc.) or a renter of their HOA property.

Providing access and/or the gate combination to individuals who are not members of the Bohicket Landing HOA and/or who are not a renter of a HOA member in good standing may result in a suspension of access privileges.

Unauthorized persons, including HOA members with suspended privileges, who access or use the Boat Ramp may have their vehicle, trailer, and/or watercraft towed (at owner’s expense) and may be cited for trespassing.

Please see Articles II and V of the Bohicket Landing HOA Boat Ramp rules as adopted on 09-15-14 for additional guidance about access to the boat ramp.
