The Bohicket Landing HOA Board of Directors, with assistance from the Architectural Standards Committee (ASC), drafted, approved and adopted the Architectural Standard Guidelines, Application & Review Procedures, and Exterior Maintenance Requirements (Resolution No.15-01) on 26 JUN 2015. These rules are applicable to all members and properties within the Bohicket Landing Subdivision.

A complete copy of the rules, as well as, Appendix A - Application for Review by the Architectural Standards Committee are available for review and download from the HOA website's Resource Center.
