Dear Homeowner:
Enclosed is the statement of your dues obligation for membership in the Bohicket Landing HOA for June 2018 - May 2019. Per the annual HOA meeting held on 21 November 2015. The membership motioned to move the date in which HOA annual assessments are due. The majority of members in attendance recommended the due date be moved to June vice November of every year. Meaning the next annual assessment will
be due in June 2018.
The amount reflected on this statement is in accordance with the budget voted on and adopted during the Bohicket Landing HOA Board of Directors meeting held on July 13th, 2016. The minutes of which are posted on this website. At said meeting the Board of Directors voted to raise the annual dues from $200.00 to $220.00 per year. This is outlined in the ByLaws Section 4.5 and the Restrictive Covenants, Article 5 (B) 3.
The dues billing of $220.00 per lot is now due and payable. Please remit a check or money order payable to:

The Board of Directors follows these procedures for collecting HOA dues:
An annual dues statement is mailed or delivered to each homeowner prior to May 1st with a due date of June 30th. Dues not paid by July 30th are subject to a 10% late fee for each month they remain delinquent.
On August 1st a final notice of dues is sent to the homeowner by registered mail with a return receipt. A letter accompanying this notice states that if the dues and the late fees are not paid by August 31st, the account may be turned over to an attorney for collection. The homeowner will be responsible for the dues, late fees, attorney fees, legal costs, and any court costs.
