An annual dues statement was mailed or delivered to each homeowner prior to 1 May 2017 with a due date of 30 June 2017. Dues not paid by 30 July 2017 are subject to a 10% late fee, plus interest not to exceed 18% per year as allowed by NC General Statue 47F-3-115, for each month they remain delinquent.
On 1 August 2017 a final notice of dues will be sent by registered mail to any homeowners who are delinquent. Any dues, late fees, and interest not paid by 31 August 2017 will be turned over to the HOA attorney for collection to include possible property liens. Additionally, the owner's HOA membership privileges will be suspended until all dues and fees are paid. Delinquent owners will be responsible for any attorney fees, court cost, and/or other fees associated with the collection of any overdue amounts.
