The Fee for a member of the Bedford North Lawrence Winter Percussion Ensemble is $250.00

This fee can be paid all at once, or over the established payment schedule:

Audition Fee - $25.00

December 1st - $56.25

January 1st - $56.25

February 1st - $56.25

March 1st - $56.25

Fundraising is also a requirement for each performing member. Sadly we can no longer just let students fly by while participating. The economy is hard, and we have some very talented staff members (from outside the school corporation), we would like to retain with the very modest amount we can afford to them. These costs, along with the cost of travel, show props and other related items add up. We will not turn away a student who wants to perform and passes auditions, however if this is the case, a plan must be worked out in advance, to ensure your student can participate.

In the event that a student is removed from the Winter Percussion Ensemble, regardless of reason, any fees paid, or due to be paid are non-refundable and still payment is still required. The initial expectation for a show and a budget is based on the amount of students that are accepted into the line, and the expectation of their funds are still required. There may be unknown expenses such as money for concession stands, souvenirs, fast food stops and such. Initial sticks and mallets are usually covered by the program. Replacements may be the responsibility of the student, should they be careless or a loss occurs.
