First Version
The first version was purchased by users on pizzamaking.com starting in June of 2013. It came with a 10 psi adjustable regulator, though the instructions said to back it down one full turn. In came with two trays that sat below the oven, so the propane tank would not be able to sit on one of the trays. There were no stickers on the front, and the packaging was pretty poor, resulting in quite regular reports of damage to the legs and stones.
Version 1.1
There were a few reports of flames shooting out the front control knob ( don't need many of those to take action) so the next version shipped with a 5 psi regulator.
Version 2.0
By March of 2014, a newer version of the BS was released. Notable changes included a new lower tray that had a hole for a propane tank to rest on it, together with stickers that were reportedly difficult to remove.
Version 3
The versions offered in 2107 include a few changes, though not sure they would be noticeable until you opened the box. The height of the platter on the earlier models was determined by a stop collar that could be adjusted, though in normal set up, it rested on a fixed pipe, which allowed a great deal of friction, resulting in the creation and fairly wide adoption of the bearing mod. On version 3, there is no stop collar, instead, double ball bearings are attached directly to the shaft. This reduces the ability to adjust the height of the platter, and does away with the bearing mod, though there have been some reports of the bearings seizing. The platter is now attached to the shaft by a screw, instead of welded on, and the shaft attached to the rotis motor by an assembly, instead of just a stock square key stock.
This is a great video that shows some of the differences between the original version and Version 3
