Mexican "Lasagna"

Elizabeth cooked this for us in summer 2013. It's basically a lamb mince and mexican wrap lasagna topped with a white sauce. Turns out it's delicious.

Elizabeth (or should that be Emma?) served it with a simple green salad.

Anyhow, here's how you make it...

1. Make a standard batch of chilli as you would normally
2. Make a batch of white sauce (i did add some cheese but not a lot)
3. I did the layering like this: chilli, wraps, chilli, bit of white sauce, wraps, chilli, bit of white sauce, wraps, white sauce
4. Top with cheese
