Annual Luncheon

Each year in the fall, Bluegrass Ovarian Cancer Support, Inc. holds a luncheon to celebrate survivors and those in treatment.   This year, BOCS held the annual luncheon on September 25th, during #OvarianCancerAwarenessMonth, at Origin Hotel.   We hosted 16 survivors or individuals in treatment and each received a gift bag.   We also had door prizes and awards.  

2022 Award recipients

Community Spirit Award:

This Award recognizes a member or organization that has helped to advance the mission of BOCS through their ongoing dedication, leadership, volunteer support and commitment to BOCS and survivors of gynecologic cancers.

This Award recognizes a healthcare provider who demonstrates exceptional passion and caring for gynecologic cancer patients and their families/caregivers and consistently advances the mission of BOCS.

This Award recognizes a courageous survivor who inspires and supports other gynecologic cancer survivors and their families/caregivers, and who consistently advances the mission of BOCS.

Teal Angel Award:

This Award recognizes an individual or organization who has provided support to BOCS for a particular event or project that advances the mission of BOCS.
