More than 15 years of experience in business consulting. Executed various types of business consultancy assignments for clients ranging from Rs.20 million to Rs.5 billion. Have worked with both manufacturing and service businesses, for both process and product businesses, and for both mature and start-up businesses. I am exposed to following industry verticals viz., Electronics, Auto mobile, Light engineering, Real estate, Textiles, Textile machinery, Trading and software applications and have coordinated across the hierarchy to implement change. Hands on person with simple and pragmatic approach to helping businesses achieve greater performance. My approach to consulting is simple and pragmatic. I strongly believe that besides capability and resources, situation also plays a major role in performance and hence has to be factored while performance is assessed.

On the academic front, I graduated in statistics and completed my post graduation in Investment banking, with corporate advisory services as my specialisation. I begin my consulting career with a Chennai based consultancy firm, Anush Consultants in 1998 before venturing out on my own in 2001.
