BEST Friends' participation in the monthly book sale is currently on hiatus. In the meantime, check out the Octavia Lab's coloring books, publishing by BEST Friends of LAPL! Hidden Heroes, Historic Places
All proceeds from Hidden Heroes, Historic Places go directly to programming, materials, and supplies for the library. Joining BEST Friends as member, or purchasing a copy of Hidden Heroes, Historic Places, is the best way to sustain our ability to support for the library in lieu of the Book Sale.
LAPL holds a book sale the third Saturday of every month from 10:00 am to 12 noon on the 2nd floor rotunda of the Central Library, 630 West Fifth St, Los Angeles CA 90071. There are hundreds of used and new books to choose from with prices that can't be beat: $1.00 for hardback books, 50 cents for paperbacks and 10 cents for magazines. All proceeds go directly to the library.
