Running Expense Account
Many friends have wondered at the cost of cruising. On our first foray we did not keep track. Our answers have been inadequate, out of ignorance not guile.
Here is a running account of our non food cruising expenses which we will try to update as we go along:
June, July, August 2008:
Observations:
Expenses were very high for a few reasons: no good anchorages, we had to return home on three occasions for a week which had substantial cost consequences, we stayed in Toronto for a month for repairs and fun and a trip home. Also major purchases weighed in.
