Architechural Change Form Requirments

This is a friendly reminder to all residents that Architectural Change Request Form approval is required by most construction on your property. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Belle Trace Addition provide for the required review and approval of any plans by the Association. The Belle Trace Property Owners' Association Board of Directors maintains an Architectural Control Committee for such purposes. As per Section III of the aforementioned declaration: "No building, fence or wall shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot in this subdivision until the building plans and specifications, draining and grading plans, exterior color scheme and material thereof, and plot plan, which shows the location and facing of such building have been approved in writing by a majority of an Architectural Control Committee."
