Annual Meeting/Proxy Voting Ballot

The 2018 Belle Trace POA Annual Meeting will be held Monday, February 5th, 2018 at 7PM.  The meeting will be held at the Battle Creek Golf Course Club House in The Grille.  Members not attending may submit a proxy vote to the Board in advance or send a completed proxy ballot form to the meeting.  Voting preference(s) may be indicated on the form and/or proxy vote may be granted to another individual.  Click HERE for proxy voting ballot.
