Belle Trace Property Owners' Association, Inc.

A not-for-profit entity incorporated in the State of Oklahoma March 3rd, 2006. The corporation is not organized for profit and the primary purpose of the corporation is to provide for the acquisition, construction, management, maintenance, care and control of the residence lots and common areas within the certain tract of property as legally described in the certificate of incorporation.

The association represents the homeowners of the Belle Trace subdivision (Belle Trace II is not represented by this property owners association).  The association's Board of Directors is comprised of members elected to office at the  most recent Annual Meeting.
