My Offer

Additional explanation:

Motorized Barometric Vacuum Pump is a completely new vacuum pump. Making of it has been result of several years of research, experiment, and trial and error done by me. Here are my reasons why commercial production of this type of vacuum pump can yield a great benefit:

1- This pump, due to its mechanism, can be produced in different sizes and capabilities. However, obtained vacuum quality will be better than one mbar. Depending on the size of the pumps, pumping speeds ranging from below ten to over one thousand cubic meters per hour are covered.

2- This type of pump, due to its common piston mechanism and its easy repair and maintenance and its high capacities and low price, can easily take the place of common liquid-ring pumps while having capabilities better than rotary vane pumps.

3- The cost of producing this type of pump for a pump-manufacturer who invests on its production is considerably low. For the produced sample introduced on the site (of course, with a guaranteed minimum pumping speed of 150 m3/h by substituting the electric motor), without considering using workshop facilities of turning and milling and welding, the cost is at most as in the following: (1) Buying: Buying electric motor at the price of $150, and buying (metallic) raw materials and other small things needed at the maximum price of $163, yielding a total of $313. (2) The labor costs: Each pump takes up to 60 man-hours to be built. Regarding the maximum wage of $1.3 for each hour of a worker-technician, an amount of $78 is required. Total cost of the items 1 and 2 is $391.

4- As a designer, maker and inventor of this type of vacuum pump, in order to prove the capabilities of the pump (including what mentioned above), I am ready to produce up to 5 pumps of the same sample introduced in the site (of course with a pumping speed of at least 150m3/h) with a minimal financial support of your company at your workshop or in Iran or in any other location, and give them to you to perform any test you require on them before any probable decision of you about mass production of this type of pump by your company.

Best Regards,

I am waiting for your response.
