Gumboot Friday - This Friday we will be raising awareness for mental health - we don't want it to be a BURDEN or EMBARRASSING or DEPRESSING. We all have mental health! Now we need to look after it! Stay tuned for ways that you can look after your mental health and the activites we have planned for Friday!
