Rental Rates

Availability

Our house is not available for rental at this time. 

Rental rates for 1 to 4 persons

$zzz per week.  

Cleaning fee: $100 dollars

A cleaning fee of 100 dollars will be charged for all rentals regardless of length of stay. If you have a dog with you during your stay then the cleaning fee is 150 dollars. (Attention: NO cats are allowed. See additional information for renters with dogs)

Maximum number of guests: 4 

The normal number of guests allowed to sleep in the home is 4 persons (including all children of any age).  If we make an exception to allow additional guests, then $zz dollars per day will be charged for each additional guest above 4 persons. Contact us if you need to include additional persons.  

RV Parking?

If you wish to park an RV at the home during your stay please speak with us about this when you make your reservation. There is room to park one RV next to the home, but there is no sewer connection available. An RV sewer dump site is available at the Seawind RV Resort about 2.6 miles away. We will allow connection to water and a simple electric connection (20 amp household outlet only). If an RV is connected to electric and/or water we charge an additional $25 per day for the connection. 

Any adults or children staying in an RV parked at the home will be counted and charged as additional guests since the home and property is also being used by them. 

Longer Rental? ... it's a great place to spend the winter or the summer!

If you are interested in renting our cabin for a longer period please email us to discuss longer term rental rates. It is a great place to spend the winter on the shores of Baffin Bay! 

We reserve the right to change rental rates at any time and also the right to decline rental.
