Living area

There is a light and open atmosphere in the living room with its vaulted ceiling and tall panorama windows overlooking the bay. The home is equipped with central A/C and heating. A ceiling fan in the vaulted living room area provide an indoor breeze if you wish. 

Evenings are also nice in the living area with outside lighting.  

Just outside the living room, on the northwest corner, is a concrete patio (21 x 19 feet) facing the waterfront. 

The patio is great place for breakfast or evening meals with a view of the bay. The beach is only a hundred feet or so from our patio.  

We enjoy spending the evenings on the patio.  There are a few spotlights fastened on the trees to light up the yard at night (there is an electrical outlet in the yard itself) and with a few lanterns you can create a cozy corner.
