- Number of holes-in-one for each 18 holes.
-- In the LONG column write the number of long holes-in-one (Holes 4 & 15).

are correct before the scorecard is turned in for Payout.
- If you are unsure about your scorecard's accuracy or have questions consult a club officer for assistance.
o Deposit the completed scorecard in the box located on top of the storage container .
o Once the scorecard is submitted to Payout it becomes the certified scorecard and will be the official Payout document.
- Payout will assume that the scorecard is correct and has been reviewed by each putter.
INCOMPLETE SCORECARDS OR ERRORS
o Incomplete or incorrect scorecards will be rejected by the Payout committee.
o Gross Scores
- Failure to complete a gross score will make the putter ineligible for low gross and net score payouts.
- If a discrepancy exists between the recorded gross score and the audited individual hole scores inscribed on the scorecard:
-- If the scorecards TOTAL score is lower than the sum of the recorded 18 hole individual scores the score is disqualified and not eligible for any payouts.
-- If the scorecards TOTAL score is higher than the sum of the recorded 18 hole individual scores the higher score will be recorded as the actual score.
o Holes-in-One
