My daughter likes to watch movies on her Tablet when travelling.
We have loads of DVD's which could be transferred to her Tablet to watch.
Here's how it can be done.
Get a copy of DVD Decrypter
Select the DVD drive as a source (normally automatically detected)
Select the destination folder; C:\\<DVD_NAME>\DVD
Select the Icon at the bottom
You can use these files on the tablet, but they are very large (not unusual to be around 6GB) and will soon fill up the target device.
Use something like Handbrake to convert extracted DVD files to the screen size of the tablet and perhaps into a slightly lower quality ~600MB single file.
You can get many more films onto a device that way.
Select the source directory: C:\\<DVD_NAME>\DVD
Select the destination file: C:\\<DVD_NAME>\<DVD_NAME>.mp4
Use a 'Preset' (right hand side) to select a device like yours
Or create a profile for your specific device (this can reduce the size quite dramatically ~200K; though video quality can suffer)
