Minors (under 18) are welcome at the AVPUSA gathering when they are:
* Active AVPer's who are sufficiently mature to participate meaningfully in gathering activities or
* Infants in arms (not yet self-mobile)
All minors must be under the supervision of a specified adult who is responsible for the minor during the gathering. Minors are solely the responsibility of the parent/designated adult and the adult must make sure the minor does not disturb or distract from sessions in any way.
AVP is not responsible for child care.
Parents must be notified that conference attenders will include returned citizens, potentially including those with a record of sex crimes.
