Vacancies are open for the position of Industrial Relations Officer at Fatima Group. Interested Candidates should apply by 27 November 2009. Following skill sets are required for the said position:
Qualification: 1- MBA with majors in HRM / IR and have overall 70% marks in tertiary education
OR
2- LLB with overall 70% marks in tertiary education
Experience: Preferably have atleast 2 years of experience in the related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
1- Must have firsthand knowledge of IR ordinance 2002 and 2008
2- Finalize staff contracts ensuring that they meet the standards
3- Liaise with collective bargaining agent and union leaders
