1. Love your bed, it is your temple
2. Relax in the day, so you can sleep at night
3. Files are holy, so don't touch them
4. Don't put anything on tomorrow, which can be done day after tomorrow
5. If you feel like doing work, sit down and wait till that feeling goes away
6. Don't forget that doing work is a healthy activity, so leave it for someone who is sick
