[Note: Results are only available for August 2012 and onwards. Unfortunately, results before August 2012 will never be available due to the change in the audit process/tool.]

Current Audit Results Viewing:

• only "Team" results for that specific Team MD/RN are available as the audit is being done. The "Centre" and "All Centre" results for the current audit will not be available till the audit period closes due to privacy reasons.

Past Audit Results Viewing:

• are available to any Team MD/RN that have been associated as Team Head or Co-Head by the centre's admin person during the setup of the accounts

• the Team MD/RN can view their own "Team" results, "Centre" and "All Centre" results from any audits that have passed

• [viewing longitudinal results through a graphing function will be available in the future - Sept 2013 anticipated]

Viewing your Results:

• First, you need to sign into the Audit Tool (see "1. Sign In" from the Tutorial section) The Results screen is accessed by clicking "My Results" from the Chart Audited Status page. Note, you will only see this bottom if you are signed in using a Registered Custom Account.

• It is very important that the team MD and/or team RN share the audit results with the residents currently on their team. As stated before, the residents will not have their own individual accounts to sign in due to the complexity of administration.

• Next, you will need to select the Audit that you want to view. Once this is done, the results are calculated. It will take about 10 seconds for these calculations to occur.

• Next, after a few seconds of calculations, you will see the Results screen. Please take note of the following:

  • All Centres column:

    • average % of all combined audit scores from all participating teams/centres

  • Centre column:

    • non-bracketed number = average % of all combined scores from all teams in your centre

    • [square-bracketed number] = % difference from your centre's average and "All Centres" average

  • Team column:

    • non-bracketed number = average % of all chart audit tools done on your team

    • [square-bracketed number] = % difference from your team's average and "All Centres" average

    • (round-bracketed number) = % difference from your team's average and your "Centre's" average

  • Scores that are +green are above average whereas scores that are -red are below average

  • the column labeled "Graphs" will be implemented at a future date to show longitudinal results

• Note:

  • Clicking any "+ box" down the Questions column will show you the full question from the audit tool.

  • Totals: The bottom of the Centre and Team columns is a sum of the values in that column.
