A few suggestions for more help:

1. Centre admin person for the Group Audit Stream.  Responsible for selecting the charts for the audit as well as setting up Registered Custom Accounts (Team MD & Team RN) 

2. Chart audit leader for the centre for Group Audit Stream.  This is the person who in a member of the Records & Quality of Care Committee and has extensive knowledge in the chart audit process for your centre.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for the Online Audit Tool Process - Group Audit Stream

General

1. How do I get my username and password?  See one of the Centre admin people (see list above).  Note, mostly all residents will be using a generic username and password provided to them by their centre admin or audit leader.

2. What if I forget my password?  The main sign in page of the audit tool has a link if you forget your password below the sign in box.  Your password will be sent to your email address.

3. What if I want to change my password?  The main sign in page of the audit tool has a link to change your password below the sign in box. 

Doing Chart Audits using the Online Audit Tool

1. Do I need to do all of the chart audits in one day?  No, the charts can continue to be audited until the audit closed date.  Most Centres do chart audits during the same day with their teams.   

2. What if an computer error comes up on the online audit tool site?  Best to close down your browser and start again.   

Results using the Online Audit Tool

1. When will the results be available?  Immediately as they are being done but only to Registered Custom Users (Team MD & Team RN).  It is imperative that those individuals share the results with the team resident.

2. Who can view my results?  Only the Team MD & Team RN can see their team's results.  The exception is the high level administrator overseeing the results, Chair of the Records & Quality of Care Committee and the Chair of the Department of Family Medicine.  These individuals are not actively reviewing results but have access in case you were to have technical difficulties viewing your results.  Your results will become part of the Centre's results and All Centres.  Your team will not be identified in any way.  You will not have the ability to look at other Centre results.
