1. Sign In

• First, you will need to get to the "Audit Tool for Group Audit Stream" website

  • This is done by clicking the icon labeled "Audit Tool" from the bottom of the "Group Audit Stream" webpage

• Next, you will need to sign in to do a chart audit

  • For supervising MDs and RNs, you will most likely have a "Registered Custom Account" with a unique username & password assigned to you by your centre admin person

  • Anyone else doing the audit should use the generic username and password that is supplied for this audit by the centre admin person or the audit leader.  For a discussion about "Registered Custom Accounts"  vs "Generic Accounts", please read the next area below the figure that follows.

Note: To reduce the administration required, anyone who is doing a chart that is not a supervising MD or RN will be using a generic sign in.  Results should be shared with the team (including residents) by the supervising MD and/or RN.

A generic username and password was chosen for the design of the tool to protect the site from being accessed by anyone.
