February 2020 Survey Results

92% of Patients would recommend the practice to Family and Friends

A survey of patients attending the medical centre was conducted by a team of volunteers from the Patient Participation Group (PPG) to learn from the experience of patients visiting the Castle Medical centre during the final week of February 2020. The survey was conducted in order to improve the services provided by the Practice in Ashby de la Zouch. Results of the patient’s responses are available to view on the attached file "Survey 2020 Final Report" towards the bottom of this page, which also contains comparison charts, graphs and comments.
