• All web pages must use academic English
• spelling, capitalization, punctuation and grammar count
• text must be easy to read against your background
• All web page topics must be school appropriate
• All web pages must have a defined topic (be specific rather than general)

Lesson CSS Intro - Syntax

#1 CSS Styling - create a school appropriate web page with the following CSS Styling

• background color
• text color
  • use 2 different colors
• text alignment
  • use centered text on part of the page
• text decoration
  • use 2 types of text decoration
• text transformation
  • transform a paragraph into all uppercase
• text indentation
  • indent a paragraph

#2 Background images and styles - create 3 connected web pages Due Date: 04-15-11

with:

• a normal background image
• a repeat vertically or horizontally
• set position - no repeat

Choose a topic that matches your background images on these pages. The rest of the page should be all text. Make sure that the text is easy to read and does not compete with the background. You can do this by changing font, size, style or text background.

All links should be related to your topic. You may use a table to contain the links if you wish
