Alpha Omega Epsilon is a social and professional sorority for women and non-binary people iterested in engineering and technical sciences. Our core pillars are Friendship, Leadership, and Professionalism with a strong emphasis on building professional and personal skills. As a sorority, we work towards equity, diversity, and inclusion in all areas of STEM. We are a national sorority and have many different chapters located at colleges all across the country. Our chapter, Delta, is located at Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Alpha Omega Epsilon provides members with networks in the professional world through close connections with our alumni. We also strive to prepare our members/sisters for the professional world. We provide an encouraging environment for sisters/members to perform their best academically, and provide support for those who struggle. In addition to the professional side, we also participate in a large variety of fun events that facilitate in sister & sibling bonding.

Since Alpha Omega Epsilon is a professional sorority, we follow the values of a professional organization. Therefore, we don't condone drinking or alcohol at sorority events.
Q: Is there hazing?
Alpha Omega Epsilon has a strict no hazing policy. In addition, if any member or candidate is uncomfortable with any event, we will make accommodations accordingly and promptly.

Alpha Omega Epsilon is a professional and social sorority for women and gender non-conforming individuals in engineering and technical science majors (and beyond STEM). The Delta Chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon accepts all majors at MSOE.
