Delta helps develop, train, and forge strong leaders to face the STEM field head-on and pave the way for a better future. We do this by offering leadership opportunities at the chapter level in the form of E-Board positions and Committee Heads. Leadership opportunities are also available to Alum through Delta's Alum Chapter or the International Organization.
