AΩE is MSOE's oldest living sorority with a legacy of supporting underrepresented genders and groups in STEM for over 30 years. We are MSOE's only sorority with a focus on STEM, MSOE's only professional and social sorority, and MSOE's only International sorority. AΩE is a great way to meet other women and gender non-conforming individuals who want to uplift each other! All members who identify as female or non-binary (of all majors) are welcome.

A.O.E. is a place where I was able to connect with like-minded people. Not only did I find myself building new friendships, but also growing professionally since everyone is there to support you in every way. I wasn't looking to join a sorority when I first came to MSOE but I am glad that I did because I found a community that is very supportive, encouraging, and welcoming.

A.O.E. was the right choice for me because it gives me a space to be myself while also helping me develop life skills. Also, joining A.O.E. has given me the opportunity to develop friendships with people I probably would never have met otherwise, and helped me connect with other women in engineering.

I chose A.O.E. because it truly reflects the values I try to align myself with every day. It is a place to uplift other women while remaining true to ourselves and being unapologetically women in a male dominated field. It allows me to be myself and know that I have a like-minded group of peers to fall back on when needed. It truly is a community that makes me feel at home.

I chose A.O.E. because of the people and community it fosters. As someone from out of state, I was worried about forming connections with other women in STEM, but I found my home with A.O.E. I have also really appreciated the professional skills I've developed over my time in the sorority, and feel well-prepared for my life after graduation.
