Angela Castellanos brings advisory services for development projects, which recognize communication as an essential ingredient for meeting today’s most pressing development challenges.  Through advisory support, communication potentialities would contribute to promote partnerships, transfer knowledge, and encourage community participation in development projects and decision processes of their concern.

The advisory services could be implemented during any project phase: development, implementation, and evaluation.

Main outputs for the development phase are:

Review of communication and social marketing experiences relevant to the project,

Mapping the communication channels and media

Drafting TOR for appropriate formative research,

Main outputs for the implementation phase are:

Review and adjustments of the Logical Framework (communication component indicators, activities, etc.)

Monitor the operational plan in regard with communication component in order to bring advise to improve methods and proceedings.

Review and recommendations of communication tools developed and implemented.
