I will hire fully funded Ph.D. students, starting in Fall 2026, as part of my NSF CAREER Project: Over-the-Air Computation - Turning Wireless Networks into Computing Networks. The position focuses on communication research, with a strong emphasis on mathematics. Must qualifications:
Excitement, grit, passion, persistence (and not quitting till finishing the work)
Experience in innovating a new idea as a first inventor and demonstrating it
Enjoy reading/writing technical papers and solving mathematical puzzles
Familiarity with software-defined radios
Being a first author in an IEEE paper in communications or signal processing, and/or holding a master's degree in the areas of wireless communications or mathematics.
