💳 Deposit & Rush Policy

To begin any project, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. Need it fast? Rush orders are available for an additional 30% fee. Every stitch is made with care—let’s make sure your timeline matches your masterpiece.

⏳ Project Timeline

Custom garments take time to perfect. Depending on complexity, projects may take 3 to 12 weeks to complete. We’ll provide a clear timeline during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.

⚠️ Important Pickup Notice

Garments must be paid in full and picked up by the agreed due date. Unclaimed items will be resold 30 days after the due date. We want every creation to find its rightful home—timely pickup ensures that.
