MELISSA (Modular External Library for In Situ Sensitivity Analysis)
I am one of the persons at the origin of Melissa that is a file avoiding, adaptive, fault tolerant and elastic framework, enabling very efficient executions on large scale supercomputers.
PARAVIEW
I have been collaborating with Kitware's team in the open-source software ParaView from 2009. I am currently a member of the VTK/ARB and proud to have influenced the Visual Analytics capabilities of this software.
Code_Saturne
I have been collaborating with Code_Saturne's team from 2012, specifically about in-situ visualization and analysis. Code_Saturne is a Computational Fluid Dynamics solver that deals with the Navier-Stokes equations.
REGALE (An open architecture to equip next-generation HPC applications with exascale capabilities, https://regale-project.eu/)
2021 to 2024 - I am the leader of "pilot 2" of this EU project (call H2020-JTI-EuroHPC-2019-1, action EuroHPC-IA)
El-Peacetolero (Embedded Electronic solutions for Polymer Innovative Scanning Tools using Light Emitting devices for diagnostic Routines)
2020 to 2024 - In collaboration with Mohamed Ben Chouikha, we both set up a European project proposal for the "Euroatom call" ... and the project was funded! Thus I became a member of the Project Coordination Board.
AVIDO (Anayse et Visualisation In-situ pour des grands volumes de DOnnées issus du calcul intensif)
Sep. 2015 to Mars. 2019. I was the scientific coordinator of this BPI supported grant: PIA-FSN2-Calcul intensif et simulation numérique-2-AVIDO
LE PISTOLERO
Jan. 2015 to Sep. 2020. I manage a collaboration between EDF Lab and the laboratory of electronics LE2 of Sorbonne Université where we are building a nondestructive control system for paints. A first patent (FR3059104 - 2018-05-25) is pending on this device.
CRISATEL (Conservation Restoration Innovation Systems for image capture and digital Archiving to enhance Training, Education and lifelong Learning)
Sep. 2001 to Feb. 2005. This project funded my Ph.D. and worked full time for it for more than 3 years.
The objectives of this European Project (IST-1999-20163) were to develop a technology and information environment to preserve paintings by ultra-high quality multispectral digitisation, to preserve as well the created digital resources in long terms, and to enable the use of the images as surrogates and to assist conservation of the originals.
