We flew up on Alaska Airlines with a stop at Seattle Airport. If you're there, save time for the window shopping, art, coffee, chair massages and tasty breaded salmon.
The Alaska Airlines concourse has a giant mobile of a goose and its reflection. The mobile consists of thousands of tiny geese and salmon suspended on string, all gracefully illuminated by spot lights mounted on the ceiling.
There is also a truffle shop with oh so yummy chocolates of all types. The sign is a crackup.
Window shopping is always fun. This shop had lots of artsy, colorful gadgets and decorations for sale.
Or simply sit and watch the planes land from the HUGE windows while you enjoy your Starbucks.
The view from the plane of the Pacific coast gives you an early glimpse of the Northwestern rainforest.
