LEGION Act

With the LEGION Act signed into law, there are now only

two (2) war eras for eligibility to join

The American Legion:

April 6, 1917 thru November 11, 1918

December 7, 1941 thru a date to be determined

Per The American Legion National website, the change in

war eras was effective immediately as of the signing of the

act by President Trump on July 30

Membership Impact Report

Each month, The American Legion produces a report that highlights

the impact that Posts have in their communities.  Everything from

youth programs to communities assisted to Veteran claims processed.

In other words, information that could help in your recruiting efforts.
