How to take it Reishi from Far West Fungi:
You are basically going to be doing a hot water extraction with the reishi... or in other words you will be making a 'Tea'
Put some of the reishi - in a pot of water.
Get the water to a boil - boil for 5 mins then put on low with the lid on. Simmer for 1-2 hours.
Add lemon to make the tea less bitter.
Personally I like to add honey ( but my dad just puts in lemon)
