Far West Fungi - you call their store - and ask for these mushrooms. Asked for powdered form, if they don't have powdered then you can get the normal dried version and grind them in a coffee grinder. You then must do hot water extraction on them.
How Much?
Put in a tablespoon or two? There is not exact science here.Put enough water so you have enough to drink through out the day.
