The agilepatterns.org site is a community driven resource, and we're always on the lookout for new patterns and case studies of patterns in use.

If you have an idea that you would like to share, such as a blog post describing how you've used an agile pattern in practice, you can tell us about it using the contact form. If we think your contribution is sufficiently illustrative, or otherwise likely to be of agile community interest, we'll put in a link at a suitable place. Challenging an antipattern counts too!
