Menus

From the GUI menus the user can access/change various options. One important feature that the user must do the first time they configure a particular CODA2 configuration from existing knowledge base in msql database (or ANY time there are changes to that configuration in the msql database) is execute:

• Options > Coda2 Database > RunTypes...

• Select appropriate configuration from the list

• Click OK

This will take the msql info and create an appropriate COOL configuration file in $COOL_HOME directory structure for the Platform to use. Again, if you are using CODA2 configuration from CODA2 msql database, and anytime that cedit or dbedit are used to change the run configuration table in the msql database then the user must update the COOL database.
