      1. 3 paper tablecloths to cover the tables ( cheaper in sets of 2 at Christmas Tree Shop)
      2. 100 of the 7 or 9 oz. cups
      3. drinks, either 4 gallons of cider or 4 to 5 - two liter lemonades
      4. 100 paper napkins
    3. Notify the ADL custodians the day before the concert, that you need 3 rectangle tables set up in the cafeteria for 6 pm. Give the date.
  2. Arrive at 6 to 6:15 for a 7 PM concert and set up:
      1. Cover the tables
      2. Place piles of napkins at various spots on the tables
      3. Pour the drinks. Fill the cups 1/2 to 3/4 full.
      4. Set a large trash can in the center of the cafeteria for all to use.
    1. As food arrives, uncover and set up food. Bring a knife in case you get a whole cake that needs to be cut up and placed on napkins.
    2. When the concert starts, close the cafeteria doors and go enjoy the concert. This stops unsupervised kids from eating before the concert is over.
    3. After the last song, go open the cafeteria doors. You may need to remind kids to choose only one item if there are not enough donations of food.
    4. Clean cafeteria up after food is gone. Custodians will take care of the tables.
  3. Great Job - All Done!
