University of Cape Town Student Representative Council presentation/ response regarding their perspective on the responsiveness of higher education to COVID19?

Akha Tutu is the current UCT SRC President. He is currently doing his BA Honours degree specialising in Linguistics. He is an aspiring academic with great interest in African languages especially intellectualisation and streamlining them as languages of learning, teaching, and to be used in all South African public life.
