Xhanti Ngoqo is a final year Law student at the University of South Africa. Aside from his academic studies, he is also the UNISA Western Cape region’s SRC Deputy Secretary, the BLAsc Branch Secretary, the SASCO Branch Chairperson and an ANCYL BEC member.
