Town Bylaw, Title III

Article 1, Section 5. Vehicles on Sidewalk

No person shall operate any vehicle excepting children's carriages and tricycles upon any sidewalk.

Article1, Section 10. Minuteman Bikeway Hours

The Minuteman Bikeway shall be open to the use of the public between the hours of 5:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. Anyone found on said premises between the hours of 9:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M. shall be considered trespassers and subject to a fine of up to $20.

Traffic Rules - Bicycles are included in the definition of a vehicle in Article 1

VEHICLE – Every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway including bicycles, when the provisions of these rules are applicable to them, except other devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks and devices which derive their power for operation from stationary overhead wires

Bicycle Parking - Section 8.13 of Arlington's Zoning Bylaw provides standards for orderly and safe bicycle parking (approved by Arlington Town Meeting in April 2003)
