The AAL Summer School is designed for students of higher education institutions or universities but also professionals from universities and relevant charities / non-profit organisations / companies with background in technical subjects such as machine learning and computer programming.

Application procedure:

Apply by submitting a request using the form below by 7 July 2019 with

• An abstract about your PhD topic
• A brief description of your motivation for attending the school.
• Whether you need accommodation

Successful applicants will be informed by 8 July.

SICSA funds are available to cover fees, accommodation, lunch and refreshments for PhD students registered at a Scottish higher education institution (HEI) or university . The number of available places, however, is limited so we would encourage you to register at your earliest opportunity.

Other applications (including from students registered with non-Scottish and international universities) will be subjected to tuition fees (300£ to attend the whole event) and accommodation fees (55£ per night without breakfast).
