Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
A List of ST:DS9 Episodes - Wikipedia
A list of my favorite, generally noteworthy, and other significant episodes. :-)

"A visiting Cardassian, Marritza, may in fact be the notorious war criminal Gul Darhe'el, butcher of Gallitep Labor camp, and Kira is determined to bring him down."
I found the final seconds of the episode to be a bit of a let-down (a dismal return to the over-cheesiness of DS9 in general), but for the most part, this is an outstanding performance and a very gripping story.
"Friction escalates when Vedek Winn arrives on Deep Space Nine and discovers schoolteacher Keiko O'Brien is teaching about aliens in the Bajoran wormhole."
An interesting twist on an age-old issue. This is the beginning to a bigger arc in the series, and introduces some significant new characters. An example of Sci-Fi handling contemporary issues.
Quark is reunited with his former Cardassian lover, Natima Lang, but she is engaged in dangerous political intrigue with her students Rekela and Hogue: they want to reduce the political power of the Cardassian military.
"In order to save Garak's life, Bashir must unravel some of the secrets in the Cardassian's past."
Some good background into the past of Garak (my favorite DS9 character).
A wicked presentation of addiction.
"Kira and Bashir accidentally cross into the Mirror Universe, where a Klingon-Cardassian alliance rules. A century before, James T. Kirk had made a similar crossover, affecting human and galactic history. Terrans are slaves on the station."
This has to be the most bizarre story arc of them all, out of the entire Star Trek franchise. I'll say this much... I much more prefer the BDSM ("Leather") version of Kira Nerys. The final seconds hit me pretty hard, though. How the hell would Kira Nerys know about a Lewis Carroll story?
Other Episodes in this arc include (DS9 Mirror Universe ref-list):
Through the Looking Glass - s3e19
Shattered Mirror - s4e20
Resurrection - s6e8
The Emperor's New Cloak - s7e12
"Garak's tailor shop is bombed, forcing Odo to investigate who is trying to kill the Cardassian exile – and why."
The start of some good character development for Garak.

Garak & Odo face-off against each other, and narrowly escape a dangerous climax to this 2-part series.
"On a mission to recover a Federation informant on the Dominion world of Soukara, Dax is injured and Worf must choose between completing the mission or saving his wife."
An engaging episode, and some good character development for Worf & Dax... but also an interesting view on priorities... relating to relationships.
