Student teaching is the capstone experience of teacher candidates 'in situ' situated in classroom school settings mentored by Mentor teachers (Cooperating teachers). These professional learning experiences allow you to experience the insider's stance as a teacher and to transition from traditional student perspective to practicing teacher perspective. To deeply learn from this experience, you will become reflective practitioners in maintaining a teacher journal. (How you record your entries is individual preference:notebook, journal, computer, ipad, etc.)
